Manuel Scholl completed his studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) with a Master’s degree in architecture in 1988 (M.Arch). After several years gaining experience in architectural offices in southern Switzerland and Spain, he returned to Zurich, joining agps architecture as a collaborator and since 1993 as partner. Manuel Scholl is board member of the Ernst-Schindler-Foundation for travel grants, is a fellow of the Bund Schweizer Architekten (BSA), and member of the advisory board to the city of Wolfsburg. He was involved in teaching and research at ETH Zurich and was Professor for Urban Design at the Leibniz University Hannover from 2009 until 2014. Additionally, he is engaged as a juror and expert in various procedures for urban and architectural projects.
